Know some info on 5 sons from marriage, starting with SalvatoreDeCristofaro, b, 20 Aug 1889 in Ciorlano, Caserta, Campania, Italy. He immigrated to USA about 1904, settled in Rhode Island, USA. He married, abt 1910/1911 in Italy, Michelina Bisceglia, born 8 May 1893, Italy.

  4. Hello. I am researching my great-grandfather, Liberato Cardarelli (or Cardarello). He said that he was born in Gilolona, Italy on May 28, 1858, but that town does not exist. We have found an Italian birth record for Liberato Cardarello born on May 30, 1858 in Ciorlano, Italy (pretty close in date and spelling), and based on his mother’s birth record, we believe this is correct.
