    My great-grandfather, Giuseppe Pelosi, was born in 1834 and, according to most records, died in the battle of Ruvo del Monte Italy in 1861. However, two of his three sons were born after 1861. His wife did not remarry. Is it possible that the Giuseppe Pelosi who was killed during the 1861 battle was his father. I have no information regarding his father and mother. I would appreciate any information to clarify this.

    Trying to obtain information regarding Cesare Muccioli born Jan. 17, 1888. Departed for New York City in 1904. Married Teresa Virace in New York in 1910. Teresa born approximately 1889. We believe that Cesare and Teresa came from the Ruvo Del Monte area. Teresa may have been an orphan.
