  1. Interesting. My wife’s grandfather is Russel [Oresto] Marsili, and her mother is Sharon Marsili. I know that both Basilio and Luigi killed themselves in 1931. I have found records listing his mothers name as Concetta Tassoni.

  2. My major goal is to learn if my grandfather, Basilio Marsili, was an orphan and lived in a children’s home or church school in Montefortino. He was born in Feb. 11, 1882. His father’s name may have been David Marsili and his mother’s maiden name may have been Angelina Moretti. I think he may have been in an orphanage with Luigi Temporali, his best friend. Temporali was a few years old than Basilio. Basilio and Temporali immigrated to the U.S. in 1901. Thanks.
