Those products represent the gastronomic heritage of our region evolved around rhythms of daily life in Marche and liturgical and agricultural calendars.
Baptisms, birthdays, weddings, Christmases, Easters, carnivals, saintsdays, harvests….
They are agricultural and food products that are processed, preserved, matured and cured using the same methods that have been consolidated over centuries in particular villages following traditional guidelines.
