Sanremo Festival 2012 ends and the winner is Emma Marrone with her new song. Emma is from Puglia. At second Place Arisa from Basilicata. Third place Noemi from Lazio. Three women, three wonderful voices from three different regions. Sanremo Festival kicked-off february 15 for its 62nd edition. Sanremo “la citta’ dei fiori” (the town of the flowers) is on the coast in Liguria Region.
