He moved to Reibera Sicily and had property and built a house. The name of the property was called Villa Messina. He sold it around the end of the 1940’s. Hello, first let me just say I am so happy to have found this website. I have been researching my family tree for over five years and I have hit a dead end. I am looking for any information on a Victor Manzullo, who would have been born sometime in the 1800s; unfortunately, I do not know the year. From what I have been told, Victor was a farmer of olives and grapes in Burgio, before immigrating to the United States.
I am also looking for information on his wife, Mary SanFilippo, who I understand is also from Burgio. The only other information I know is that they had a son named Frank and they immigrated to the United States. I believe Mary’s father’s name was Giachino.
