    I am heading to Bovino next week to see what Chiappinelli’s might still be around. My grandfather was Albert, and left there around age 15 for the USA. I know he had a brother Tomaso, and I think he had a sister Valleverdina! Let me know if you were able to find out any information about your Valleverdina inquiry

    I am researching my husband’s family history. Surname “DeCosmo” I know they were from Bovino in Foggia but cannot find a website for this area.

    Valleverdina Chiappinelli 1901 born in Bovino her parents Louis and Nicolette Chiapinelli, married to natale magnatta born 1895 his parents Angelo and Antoinette Magnatta. We search ancestery.com and other sites yet cannot find further information such as their parents birthdays or parents parents. May you have more info? thank you, nancy

      Natale died in 1969 in Michigan usa and valervedina died in 1988 in mighigan usa. Natale had a few brothers one being Frank and Valervedina had many sisters one being Calabrese.
