Genealogy in Pico

    My Name is Joseph Meccariello. Born in Italy in S.Arsenio ( Sa) currently living in the USA. I did some research and found out that my Grandfather Giuseppe Meccariello was born in Pico ( Frosinone ) in march 22 1881. His father Luigi Meccariello was born in Moiano Benevento on April 4 1854.

    My father, Luigi Meccariello, like me was born in S.Arsenio( Sa) in 1913.

    I am trying to see if I can contact anyone with the Meccariello Surname in Pico ( Frosinone ) as well in Moiano (Benevento).

    Hi, My name is Paul Zanecchia and I am seeking some help to for the Pico, Italy lineage of Costanzo Colella born to Sebastiano Colella and Concetta Carnevale on April 1, 1889 (possibly 1888). They also had a daughter Rosaria born on Oct 1, 1881 (also maybe 10/10/1881). I am seeking to make connection to both Sebastiano’s father and/or mother as well as Concetta’s. I have seen some records showing that a certain Sebastiano was born from Antonio Colella and a Pasqua Rosa Pasquarella but I am unable to confirm if same family. Any assistance with showing the parents of Sebastiano or Concetta would be grateful.

      Karen, I am from Providence RI and my grandmother was Laura Spirito and she married Costanzo Colella and left Pico in 1921 to settle in Rhode Island. The Spiriti/Spirito name is common but I am unsure if its the same but was changed when they immigrated to USA
