I am looking for information about any possible relatives still living in Ferrandina or Salandra. Our family names are Piro (Luigi and Isabelle(Forte), Forte, Carbone (Juan and Marguerite (Donadio), Donadio, DeGregorio. There were cousins with the name Paradiso. Our parents were all members of the Salandrese Club. The Piros left Italy in 1908 with their 2 year old son James. The Carbones left Italy in 1929 with their four children (Joseph/my father, Frank, Beatrice, and Mario). My cousins and I would appreciate any information about our family history and connections, as I will be in Italy from May 11 to June 29 and plan on visiting Salandra and Ferrandina. Thank you for your consideration.

JoAnn, I found a large framed crest with all of the names of the Salandrese Club members from 1935 in Cromwell CT. I would be happy to share it with you. LB
