We understand that driving in Italy can be a scaring experience for many people. Expecially if you’ve heard about the ‘crazy Italian drivers’ and traffic: then you have to add that there are new road rules to follow, and signs in a foreign language. But this is most typical in big towns.
Not in Basilicata: when you get out into the countryside, driving becomes definitely worthwhile – and it’s essential if you want to explore rural areas and to enjoy the panorama.
And once you’ve got the hang of driving Italian style, you might even enjoy it!
