I am researching my wife’s family. Her Grandfather Salvatore Galante was born in Villalago on 20 May 1886. Salvatore had a brother named Carmine A. Galante who was born on 21 February 1882 in Villalago. Here is my problem: I found the name of Dominick Galante as their father and Nancy Prozzi as their mother both born and died in Villalago but no dates. I found this information in Salvatore’s death certificate. I am sure Nancy is a “Americanized” form of her given name. Can you help.
