The Sweet Side of St Joseph day: Zeppole !

For St. Joseph there is a traditional Italian recipe: Zeppole.
This is a typical pastry from Campania cuisine.

In Italy march 19 is the dad’s day too: we celebrate fathers and this is the perfect recipe for all Italian papas!

There are two different recipes: baked or fried zeppole.
The first recipe is for fried ones and it’s in English

The second one is for both: baked and fried but the recipe is in Italian.
(you just have to pay attention to be concentrated on cooking avoiding to dance with the rhythm of the song.. :)
