    My grandmother sailed here to USA from Itri, Italy. She had a recipe for celery leaves. She battered them and then made a liquid she called Scarpetch. I really don’t know how to spell it. Just spelling the way I remember her calling it. Have you heard of it and/or have the recipe for it?
